Teamwork is something that will always be important in the Engineering field. Throughout the semester we had multiple groups works. The last project that was done was the Engineering Proposal. This proposal was full group work. This proposal made me realize that teamwork is key because everyone has a different way to think. We all did something different in order to have equal opportunity. For example, during the reflection paper for the engineering proposal, all of us gave a brief description of what we did ( Figure 1 ).
